Disaster Recovery packages

 

Basic Disaster Recovery

       We begin by ensuring all data files are stored on a central point whether this is a file server or a PC acting as the file server.

       We will set this to backup to one local device and one cloud or remote device every night seven days a week.

       We will review your key files and back up any changed or added files every 30 minutes during business hours,

       We will need to agree how to address a break in where key equipment is taken.

       We will need to agree how to address a fire or temporary loss of access to your office (gas leak, etc.)

       We will need to prepare the DR plan for dealing with a server or network issue.

 

This is free for Gold support clients who have taken out six or more months support

This is available to Bronze and Silver support clients within the M25, so all of London, Surrey, Middlesex, Sussex, Berkshire and Hampshire at a setup cost 200 and a 15% surcharge on your support fees. For Gold clients who have taken out less than 6 months support the setup fee is still chargeable but no surcharge applies.

 

Premium Disaster Recovery adds

       In a recovery scenario where equipment needs to be replaced, it can take a week to get all the equipment together. This is downtime your business cannot afford and with Premium DR we will provide you with a loan server and desktop computers which will be set up as quickly as possible as an interim measure.

       Our loan PCs have Windows 10 and Office 2016 Professional Plus and these programs will be backwardly compatible with all your files and allow you to save them in either the new or old format.

       We will keep a clone image of your server drive which can be installed into the loan server.

       We will review temporary serviced office locations close to you, in case your premises become unavailable.

 

This is free for Platinum support clients who have taken out six or more months support

This is available to Bronze and Silver support clients within the M25, so all of London, Surrey, Middlesex and Sussex at a setup cost 500 and a 25% surcharge on your support fees. For Gold clients the set fee is 300 and 10% surcharge on your support fees. For Platinum member who have taken out less than 6 months support the setup fee of 300 is still chargeable but no surcharge applies.
