We offer four levels of business IT support

 

Bronze support which offers email and online support

Silver support that adds telephone support

Gold support that adds next business day onsite support, hardware support and basic disaster recovery

Platinum support - that uogrades onsite support to two hours response time (or as quickly as possible where this response time is not possible. It also upgrades the Disaster Recovery to one of the most comprehensive packages available,

 

Platinum support is ONLY available within the M25, so all of London, all of Surrey, Middlesex and Sussex to ensure we can be onsite within two hours when possible. Gold adds Berkshire and Hampshire, and clients in Central London (Zone 1) pay a 20% surcharge on Gold and Platinum support.

Hardware support (repair) on Gold and Platinum support includes the cost of labour only, any parts are chargeable and is only for desktop and tower computers. It does not include monitors, laptops, printers etc.

Standard Hours - All levels of support are available Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from 9am to 5.30pm.

To upgrade to Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from 7.30am to 7.30pm add 20% to Standard Hours.

To upgrade to Monday to Saturdays (excluding Bank Holidays) from 9am to 530pm add 25%.to Standard Hours

To upgrade to Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays) from 7.30am to 7.30pm add 35% to Standard Hours.

To upgrade to daily (excluding Bank Holidays) from 7.30am to 7.30pm add 45% to Standard Hours.

To upgrade to daily (including Bank Holidays) from 7.30am to 7.30pm add 60% to Standard Hours.

 

What does our support include?

Our IT support service is there to keep your business computer network running efficiently. It does not include the cost of replacing any equipment but we will help you in the installation of new PCs, laptops. Printers, multi-function printers, routers onto your network.

All levels of support include help with software issues, driver issues, printer issues, installing email accounts on mobile phones and pads, general email, network and Internet issues.

With each level of support we help you implement a satisfactory level of backup should the worst ever happen,

 

It also includes the repair of serviceable desktop/tower computers which covers the labour costs of repair. We will also reinstall your operating system and get it back onto your network where it has become so badly infected or corrupted that this is the only answer.

 

 

Bronze support incidents should be opened by email to support@abccs.co.uk or by text if your emails are down and we will reply quickly with a solution or a request by you to go into an online session with us to resolve the issue.

Silver support incidents should be opened by telephone, email to support@abccs.co.uk or by text. If you contact us by telephone, we will attempt to resolve the issue immediately (subject to Technician availability). If necessary we may need you to go into an online session with us to resolve the issue.

Gold support adds onsite support and basic disaster recovery (If you take out six months or more). Incidents should be opened by telephone, email to support@abccs.co.uk or by text. If you contact us by telephone, we will attempt to resolve the issue immediately (subject to Technician availability). If necessary we may need you to go into an online session with us to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue we will arrange to attend your premises on the next business day.

Platinum support incidents should be opened by telephone, email to support@abccs.co.uk or by text. If you contact us by telephone, we will attempt to resolve the issue immediately (subject to Technician availability). If necessary we may need you to go into an online session with us to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue we will arrange to attend onsite as quickly as possible, normally within two hours, when possible. We will attend onsite as quickly as possible even if it goes outside your hours. Also, if you take out six months or more months Platinum support you will automatically receive our Premium Disaster Recovery where we will loan you servers and PCs while yours are being replaced and help move you into temporary pffice accommodation, close to your office, should yours become temporarily unavailable.
